在全面推进素质教育的今天,培养的学生创新能力,是我们数学教师的责任和义务,如何培养和发展学生创新能力,对于教学和学生本身都十分重要。本文从教师对学生创新能力的培养和培养学生的创新能力以及对学生创新能力的保护三个方面谈论如何培养学生的创新能力。
In the all-round promotion of quality education today, to cultivate students ’innovative ability is the responsibility and obligation of our mathematics teachers. How to cultivate and develop students’ innovative ability is very important for teaching and students themselves. This article discusses how to cultivate students’ innovative ability from three aspects: teacher training of students’innovative ability, training of students’innovation ability and protection of students’innovative ability.
