每年8月份,J.D.Power亚太公司都会发布新一年的CSI(售后服务满意度指数研究)调研报告。作为一份持续发布了10年之久报告,J.D.Power CSI报告逐渐获得汽车厂商和消费者的认可,已经成为衡量国内各汽车品牌售后服务满意度高低的风向标之一,因此这份报告也受到越来越多人的关注。正是由于消费者和厂商对售后服务的重视,包括J.D.Power亚太公司、中国汽车服务研究中心在内的众多汽车服务研究机构都在致力于进行客户满意度的研究和传播。在过去4年中,由《汽车与驾驶维修》杂志、搜狐网汽车事业部联合发起和主办的“中国汽车服务金扳手奖、金手指奖”评选共产生了4份榜单,对比之后不难发现,进入这个榜单的品牌也几乎毫无例外地是J.D.Power CSI报告的常客。尽管评价方式有所不同,但这两份目前行业内最具权威性的满意度榜单的目标是一致的,就是寻找最满意的汽车售后服务品牌。
