借助透射电镜观察了培养乳大鼠心肌细胞的超微结构。培养3—4天时,线粒体丰富,嵴排列稀疏且不规则,粗面内质网发育中等,自噬小泡易见,但未见明显的肌原纤维,偶有散布的肌丝;培养6—7天时,线粒体更丰富,体积增大,嵴密集平行排列,肌原纤维散在分布或相互平行,偶见分支连接,肌节结构典型,Z线较宽,闰盘位于Z线平面,偶见橫小管。本文还对上述形态学变化进行了讨论。
The ultrastructure of cultured rat myocardial cells was observed by transmission electron microscopy. When cultured for 3-4 days, the mitochondria were abundant, the ridge was sparse and irregular, the middle part of the rough endoplasmic reticulum was moderately developed, the autophagic vesicles were easy to see, but no obvious myofibrils and occasional scattered filaments were found; 7 days, more abundant mitochondria, increased volume, densely arranged in parallel cristae, myofibrils scatter or parallel to each other, occasionally branch connection, sarcomere structure typical, Z-line wide, intercalated disc in the Z line plane, occasionally horizontal small tube. This article also discussed the morphological changes.
