圆锥阀流量系数和压力损失系数的计算在液压元件设计中占有重要的地位。目前国内、外广泛采用的汁算方法很不准确,尤其是没有考虑到进口段效应的影响。而实际运行的圆锥阀中,有很大部分属于过流通道长度小于起始段长度的范围,因此其影响显著,必须在设计计算中予以考虑。本文作者为了解决此项课题,提出一种新的计算方法,设计与建立了实验台,并进行了大量地反复地实验验证,证明了所提供计算方法的准确性与可靠性。
The calculation of cone valve flow coefficient and pressure loss coefficient plays an important role in the design of hydraulic components. At present, the juice calculation method widely used in China and abroad is very inaccurate. In particular, it does not take into account the effect of the import section effect. The actual operation of the cone valve, a large part of the overcurrent channel length is less than the starting length of the range, so its significant impact, must be considered in the design calculations. In order to solve this problem, the author proposed a new calculation method, designed and established a test bench, and conducted a large number of repeated experimental verification, which proves the accuracy and reliability of the calculation method provided.
