社会的发展对医院管理者和医务工作者的要求越来越高,对医院的人力资源开发与管理提出了更高的要求。本文分析了现阶段公立医院人力资源的特征、管理现状及存在问题,就医院的组织变革、人力资源战略规划以及医护人员的薪酬与绩效管理如何应对现阶段体制和变革环境的变化作了初步研究,提出了一些医院实施人力资源柔性战略管理的策略与建议,以祈促进医院的和谐持续发展。
The development of society demands higher and higher demands on hospital managers and medical workers, putting higher demands on the development and management of human resources in hospitals.
