本文依据概率论及数理统计的基本原理推导了工作曲线法测定结果置信限的计算公式.证明测定结果的信置限同时受到工作曲线本身波动性和样品测定波动性的双重影响,并对这种方法的实际应用作了初步讨论.
Based on the theory of probability theory and mathematical statistics, this paper derives the formula for calculating the confidence limit of working curve method, and shows that the confidence limit of the determination result is affected by both the volatility of working curve itself and the volatility of sample determination. The practical application of the method was discussed.
