旅游需求持续升级、技术进步、政府主导推动了红色旅游业融合发展,形成了大量的新业态。红色旅游融合发展的途径主要包括红色旅游业内部之间的重组融合,红色旅游业与其他旅游业态、传统产业之间的延伸融合,红色旅游业与高新技术产业的替代融合;具体实现方式有资源融合、产品融合、市场融合、技术融合、区域融合等。要实现红色旅游融合发展,应该进一步加强政府主导、企业主体、市场推动,破除制度障碍、能力障碍、需求障碍,释放改革红利,实现更大发展,共享发展成果。
