介绍了煤与瓦斯突出的概念及其影响因素和突出鉴定的现状和常用的方法,并在此基础上分析了单项指标法存在的缺陷,给出了做好突出鉴定的几点建议。单项指标法不能完全反映地应力、瓦斯压力和煤的物理力学性质而且在测定各指标过程中容易产生较大的误差。单项指标法除了数据测量误差较大外对于低瓦斯压力高变质煤和高瓦斯压力低变质煤容易产生误判。为了确保突出鉴定的准确性,要取软分层的构造煤样在保证煤样原始水分的条件下测量坚固性系数和瓦斯放散初速度。此外,突出鉴定在采用单项指标法的基础上还要采用适合待鉴定煤层的其他鉴定指标进行综合鉴定。
This paper introduces the concept of coal and gas outburst, its influencing factors and the status quo and common methods of highlighting appraisement. On this basis, it analyzes the flaws existing in the single index method and puts forward some suggestions to make outstanding appraisal. Single index method can not fully reflect the geostress, gas pressure and the physical and mechanical properties of coal and in the determination of each indicator prone to large errors. In addition to the single indicator method, the measurement error is relatively large, misjudgment can easily occur to the coal with high gas pressure and low metamorphic coal with low gas pressure. In order to ensure the accuracy of the appraisal, the soft stratified structural coal samples should be taken to measure the coefficient of robustness and the initial velocity of gas emission under the condition of ensuring the original water content of the coal sample. In addition, highlighting identification in the use of a single indicator method based on the use of coal to be identified for the identification of other indicators to conduct a comprehensive identification.
