We are doing career growth in the field of IT segmentation, the face of users are mainly college students, and new entrants into the workplace two or three years. We also focused on offline training five years ago, using a book that divides our knowledge and skills into separate units to give you a clue. Today’s university education is also a traditional form. The result? Students basically fell asleep. So we made improvements, the study project is broken down into one task, in an iterative manner so that each student know what they are learning what can be learned. This structured way of organizing content, we feel very close to the user, and almost WYSIWYG.
