張家川回族自治县在1957年9月7日至10日,曾經召开全县三百○六个开了学的阿洪会議。会上,他們討論了粮食問題和合作化优越性等问题。通过这些問題的討論,阿洪們辯明了大是大非,同右派分子划清了界线,提高了政治思想认識。在粮食問題上,經辯論,阿洪們认識到叫喊粮食不够吃,说統购統銷政策搞糟了的主要是地主、富农和反革命分子在故意进行捣乱。阿洪們认識到:統购統销不是搞糟了,而是好得很。它不但支援了祖国建設,保障了軍需和民食,而且使灾区的人民順利地渡过灾荒。这是保証六亿人民都有飯吃的好政
