计算机化隧道测量方法的主要目的,是获取隧道掘进机位置与状态的实时数据。为了解决这种问题通常测量三个角度与三个位置。所述系统使用一台测量激光器和一个专用觇标来测量两个位置和一个角度。用两个倾角仪测量另外两个角度。沿巷道距离可从一个与测量激光器连接的电子测距仪获取;在隧道工作面附近设专用实时处理机,用以计算与显示隧道掘进机参数。
The main purpose of the computerized tunneling method is to obtain real-time data on the position and condition of the tunnel boring machine. To solve this problem, usually three angles and three positions are measured. The system uses a measurement laser and a dedicated tag to measure two positions and one angle. Measure the other two angles with two inclinometers. The distance along the roadway can be obtained from an electronic rangefinder connected to the measurement laser. A dedicated real-time processor is located near the tunnel face to calculate and display the parameters of the tunnel boring machine.
