本文通过对项目管理方法的研究,把项目管理中的基本方法与工具应用到大学英语日常工作任务中,以提高大学英语教学的效率和效果,使大学英语教学更加规范化、科学化。
Through the research on project management methods, this paper applies the basic methods and tools in project management to the daily tasks of college English to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of college English teaching and make the college English teaching more standardized and scientific.
