报告了交流电击复律治疗64例快速心律失常的临床资料。文献对各种快速心律失常治疗的电能用量、电击前预防给药、不同类型的心律失常及不同病程与疗效的关系等作了较详尽的分析。并认为曾服用地戈辛,而又用奎尼丁作电击前预防给药的患者,电击治疗,有可能发生奎尼丁晕厥。因而提出电击前患者不宜服奎尼丁的观点,供同道们商榷。
Reported the clinical data of 64 cases of tachyarrhythmia treated by AC shock cardioversion. Literature on a variety of tachyarrhythmia treatment of electrical energy consumption, prevention of drug administration before the shock, different types of arrhythmias and the relationship between the different duration and efficacy made a more detailed analysis. And that had taken geoxin, and quinidine for electric shock before the administration of patients, electric shock treatment, possible occurrence of quinidine syncope. Therefore, it is proposed that patients should not be treated with quinidine before the electric shock, so that the debates can discuss with them.
