对公路建设环境保护作了比较深入地分析与探讨,对环境影响评价制度与方法进行了全面阐述,着重分析了公路工程开工前期、施工期和营运期各个阶段对沿线自然环境造成的影响,有针对性地提出相应的环保措施,以减少公路工程给自然环境带来的不利影响并通过与国外公路环境保护比较,指出我国今后的发展方向。
The environment protection of highway construction has been analyzed and discussed in depth, and the system and method of environmental impact assessment has been comprehensively expounded. The impact of the pre-construction period, construction period and operation period on the natural environment along the route has been analyzed emphatically. There are Proposed corresponding environmental protection measures in a targeted manner to reduce the adverse impact of highway projects on the natural environment and through the comparison with foreign highway environmental protection, pointing out the direction of our country’s future development.
