推动信访工作制度改革,解决人民群众合理合法利益诉求,事关党执政的群众基础和国家长治久安。面对新形势下信访工作的新情况新问题,必须创新群众工作方法,做好基层信访工作,使群众问题能反映、矛盾能化解、权益有保障。2009年以来,忻州市委、市政府把信访工作作为重点切实抓紧抓好,信访形势持续稳定好转。2012年,忻州市信访局被评为“全国信访系统先进集体”。
Promote the reform of the work system of letters and visits, solve the aspirations of the masses of people for their legitimate interests, and deal with the mass foundation for the party in power and the long-term peace and stability of the country. Facing the new situation and new problems in petition work under the new situation, we must innovate the working methods of the masses and do a good job of petitioning at the grass-roots level so that the masses’ problems can be reflected and the conflicts resolved and the rights and interests guaranteed. Since 2009, Xinzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government took the letters and visits as the key task and did a good job of grasping it. The situation of petition letters and visits continued to improve steadily. In 2012, Xinzhou City Bureau of Letters and Complaints was named “Advanced Collective of China’s Letters and Visits System”.
