复方丹参已广泛应用于临床,特别是对心脑血管病有一定疗效。然而引致过敏性休克,国内尚罕见。现将我科观察的1例报告如下。 患者 男,59岁,退休工人。因晨起感觉头晕、流涎、口角歪斜,说话含糊不清,进食呛咳伴左侧肢体乏力2天入院。三年前一次工作时突然跌倒不省人事,约半小时后清醒,当时血压偏高,无肢体乏力。有青霉素过敏史。检查:T37℃,P50次/分,BP20/
