为落实教育部和农业部关于高等教育自学考试向农村延伸的精神,近年来河北省农业广播电视学校按照省考院“横向扩展,纵向延伸,双抓四建,保质增效”的发展思路,充分发挥农广校从省到县到乡的体系优势,积极做好自考助学工作。截止到目前,全省农广校系统累计招生近4万多人,有1万多人获得了专本科毕业证书,取得了良好的社会效益和人才效益。近几年,经过省考试院的检查、评估,省、市级农广校连续多年被评为“助学先进单位”;2002年又被国家教育部、经贸委、劳动和社会保障部三部委评为“职业教育先进单位”,同时也获得了省级“职业教育先进单位”的称号。
