在来编辑部工作以前,我把编辑工作想象得过于简单,以为就是审审稿件,编编文章等具体事务。多年来的实际工作经历让我认识到,科技期刊编辑工作是科技期刊出版工作的中心环节。编辑工作既是政治性、思想性、科学性、专业性很强的工作,又是艰苦、细致的创造性劳动。科技期刊编辑人员的政治思想水平、知识水平和业务能力的高低,直接影响着科技期刊质量的好坏。编辑人员应具有博于学术、专于编术,精于辩术,善于坐功,长于跑功
Before I came to work in the editorial department, I imagined the editorial work as too simple, thinking that it was a matter of reviewing manuscripts and editing articles. Years of practical work experience made me realize that the editing of sci-tech periodicals is the central link of sci-tech periodicals publication. Editing work is both political, ideological, scientific, highly professional work, but also hard and meticulous creative work. The level of political thinking, knowledge and business ability of editors of sci-tech periodicals directly affect the quality of sci-tech periodicals. Editors should have Bo Yu academic, specializing in editing, skilled in the debate, good at sitting, longer than running power
