据报道,吉尔吉斯斯坦海关对进口商品实行最低限价制度,低于吉海关限定价格的进口商品不得入境,同时还制定了实行最低限价的商品清单,主要包括建材、餐具、卫生洁具等40余种进口商品,按有关规定,吉海关将根据国际市场价格情况对限价商品清单进行补充更换。 此外,吉海关总署还专门成立了委员会,如商人对实行最低限价规定有不同意见,可以到该委员会提意见并发表自己的看法。独联体的很多国家早就实行了最低限价规定。
According to reports, Kyrgyzstan Customs imposes a minimum price system on imported goods. Imports that are lower than the price limit of Jishou Customs are not allowed to enter. At the same time, a list of goods with a minimum price limit has been formulated, including more than 40 kinds of building materials, tableware, and sanitary ware. For imported goods, according to the relevant regulations, Kyrgyzstan Customs will make supplementary replacement of the list of limited-price commodities according to the price situation in the international market. In addition, the General Administration of Customs of Kyrgyzstan has also set up a special committee. If businessmen have different views on the implementation of the minimum price, they can go to the committee to make comments and express their opinions. Many countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States have already imposed minimum prices.
