摘要目的基于尸检与组织学结果,探讨肘关节屈总肌腱的常规B超成像和压力性超声弹性成像相关性。材料与方法对16具尸体(共25个肘关节屈总肌腱)进行分析,其中女11例(年龄71~101岁,中位年龄85岁)、男5例(年龄70~88岁,中位年龄78岁)。所有捐献者生前均签署知情同意书。常规B超结果分级:1级,超声显示正常屈总肌腱为均质的纤维组织;2级,肌腱增厚或低回声区/钙化区小于肌腱30%;3级,肌腱增厚或低回声区/钙化区大于肌腱30%。压力
Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation between conventional B-mode ultrasound and elastography of the flexor tendon in the elbow joint based on autopsy and histological findings. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-six bodies (25 total flexor tendons of the elbow) were analyzed. Eleven women (aged 71-101 years, median age 85 years) and 5 males (aged 70-88 years, median Age 78 years old). All donors signed an informed consent form before their death.
