Objective: To observe the effect of military training and regular life on uric acid, lipids and body mass index in recruits. Methods: 290 recruits were recruited. Body mass index was divided into light weight group, normal group and overweight group according to body mass index. Body mass index (BMI) Blood lipid levels, before and after training compared uric acid, lipid abnormalities and body mass index differences. Results: After training, the abnormal rate of uric acid in each group was significantly lower than that before training (P <0.01). The abnormal rate of triglyceride in normal group and overweight group was significantly lower than that before training (P <0.01) The total cholesterol abnormality rate was significantly lower than that before training (P <0.05). The weight loss after training was significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the weight normal and overweight patients increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: The recruits recruits more intensive training and regular life training can reduce soldiers blood uric acid, blood lipid levels and promote weight gain.
