随着新课程不断推进,对教师课堂教学能否作出准确的评价越来越多的受到教育界的重视,它不仅关系着教师的反思与成长,更关系着学生的学习效果以及学习思维的养成。同时也为教育决策者提供决策依据。但现实的语文教育中对教师的教学评价存在不同的看法,本文试图从教师的教与学生的学,课堂后的评价标准以及评价主体的多样性三个方面,对语文课堂教学评价进行了探讨。
As the new curriculum continues to advance, more and more attention is paid to the accurate evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching. It is not only related to teachers' reflection and growth, but also to the students' learning effects and their learning thinking to make. At the same time, it also provides decision-making basis for education decision-makers. However, there are different opinions on the teaching evaluation of teachers in the reality of Chinese education. This paper tries to discuss the evaluation of Chinese classroom teaching from three aspects: the teaching of teachers and students, the evaluation criteria after class and the diversity of evaluation subjects .
