大力加强对广大社会成员特别是从业人员的继续教育和培训,是建立中国终身学习体系和学习型社会的重要组成部分。本文阐述了发展继续教育的紧迫性和重要性,分析了中国继续教育发展的现状与面临的机遇和挑战,提出了新形势下中国继续教育发展的特点。本文还对加强中国继续教育的制度建设和体制创新,提出了一系列政策建议,包括管理体制、激励机制、社会各界参与、质量保证、现代技术应用、评估和论证、各类教育的互通和衔接等问题。
Vigorously strengthening continuing education and training of members of the general public, especially practitioners, is an important part of establishing a lifelong learning system and a learning society in China. This article expounds the urgency and importance of developing continuing education, analyzes the current situation and opportunities and challenges faced by China’s continuing education, and puts forward the characteristics of continuing education in China under the new situation. This article also puts forward a series of policy suggestions on strengthening institutional construction and system innovation of China’s continuing education, including management system, incentive mechanism, participation of all walks of life, quality assurance, application of modern technology, assessment and demonstration, exchange and connection of various kinds of education And other issues.
