新课程要求转变教师的角色,转变教与学的方式,要求教师不能只是传播知识的主体,更应当把一言堂变成学生自主探究、多向交流的课堂,教师要更好地激发学生学习的积极性。于是,老师开始忌讳讲了,能少讲则少讲,能不讲则不讲。尤其是一些语文公开课、评优课教师谈讲色变,生怕走上繁琐分析的老路,背上填鸭式或满堂灌的黑锅,总是绞尽脑汁地体现以学生为主体的“创新形式”。教师大都把少讲或不讲作为语文教学创新的标志。
