替比夫定是近年应用于临床的新型核苷类抗乙肝病毒药物,其抗病毒疗效及安全性、耐受性均优于拉米夫定;中药冬虫夏草具有调节免疫功能和保肝、抗肝纤维化作用,对病毒性肝炎具有一定疗效。笔者在临床工作中将此两种药物联合应用治疗慢性乙肝取得良好疗效。现总结如下。1资料与方
