我国《音乐课程标准》提出:“义务教育阶段音乐课的任务,不是为了培养音乐的专门人才,而应面向全体学生,使每一个学生的音乐潜能得到开发,并使他们从中受益。”初中音乐教育阶段,就是要面向全体学生培养音乐天性,注重个性发展,让每个人都可以在学习中获得音乐带来的艺术体验。课堂实施分层教学是效果良好的方式,既承认学生存在的个体差异,又可以给予性格、兴趣方面的锻炼,是实现有效教学的方法之一。
