我们应用中西医结合治疗晚期胰头癌3例,取得较满意的疗效。治疗方法采用氟脲嘧啶15毫克/公斤/日,卡氮芥125mg/日,连续静注,5天为一疗程,间歇6～8周,配合抗癌中草药制剂:拓木糖浆,肿节风注射液和理气祛瘀抗癌散结中药辨证论治。3例全部为男性患者,年龄分别为48岁、49岁和65岁,诊断均经外院剖腹探查病理确诊,因癌瘤扩散,仅作改道手术,肿块未能切除,其中2例经氟脲嘧啶与卡氮芥
We applied Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of advanced pancreatic head cancer in 3 cases and achieved satisfactory results. The treatment method used fluorouracil 15 mg/kg/day, cardioside 125 mg/day, continuous intravenous injection, 5 days for a course of treatment, intermittent 6-8 weeks, with anti-cancer herbal preparations: top wood syrup, swollen wind injection Liquid and qi qi anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.
