Edmondson在1956年描述过一例以板层状排列的纤维性间质和大嗜酸性癌细胞为组织学特征的罕见肝癌类型。此后Peters等人对此又作过详细的临床病理研究。但迄今文献上记载的40余例中仅5例作过超微结构观察。本研究旨在对一典型病例瘤组织进行较全面的组化、免疫组化和电镜研究,以阐明瘤组织的结构和功能,进而探讨其组织发生,并就其命名进行商榷。[材料和方法]材料取自—19岁白人女性病人肝右叶肿块组织。标本一部分冰冻切片后作葡萄糖—6—磷酸酶(G—6—Pase)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和r—谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)染色。一部分塑料包埋切片后用间接酶标法作甲胎蛋白(αFP)、α_1—抗胰蛋白酶和白蛋白染色。余常规作超薄切片供电镜观察。[结果与讨论]组化结果显示,瘤组织内G—6—Pase、GGT活性较癌旁肝组织稍增强,SDH活
Edmondson described in 1956 a rare type of liver cancer characterized by histological features of lamellar fibrous stroma and large eosinophilic cancer cells. Since then, Peters et al. have conducted detailed clinical pathological studies. However, only 5 of the more than 40 cases recorded in the literature have been observed for ultrastructure. This study aims to conduct a more comprehensive histological, immunohistochemical and electron microscopy study of a typical case of tumor tissue, in order to clarify the structure and function of the tumor tissue, and then to explore its organization, and to discuss the naming. [Materials and Methods] Materials were taken from the right hepatic lobe tissue of a white female patient aged 19 years. Specimens were frozen and sectioned for glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-Pase), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and r-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) staining. A portion of the plastic embedded sections was stained with alpha-fetoprotein (alpha FP), alpha l-antitrypsin, and albumin using the indirect enzyme labeling method. I conventional ultra-thin slice power microscope observation. [Results and Discussion] The results of histochemistry showed that the activity of G-6-Pase and GGT in the tumor tissue was slightly stronger than that in the adjacent liver tissue, and the SDH activity was increased.
