局限于颌下区的恶性淋巴瘤常易致误诊,应引起口腔临床工作者的重视。本文报告我院收治的两例原发于颌下淋巴结的恶性淋巴瘤,并对诊断问题略加讨论。例一:黄×、男、31岁。因领下肿块8个月至口腔科初诊。包块始于左颌下,约蚕豆大、无痛。4个月后增大延至颏下及右颌下。检查见双颌下、颏下肿块各有鸡蛋大,皮肤微红、无压痛,舌下轻度肿胀,双颈、腋下及腹股沟未扪及肿块。初诊疑为嗜伊红细胞增生性淋巴肉芽肿或恶性淋巴瘤,两周后始来活检,其肿块已较前明显增大,经一般对症治疗及口服强
Malignant lymphomas confined to the submandibular area are often misdiagnosed and should be taken seriously by oral clinicians. This article reports on two cases of malignant lymphoma that originated in the submandibular lymph nodes in our hospital and discussed the diagnosis. Example 1: Huang X, male, 31 years old. Due to lead under the tumor for 8 months to the initial diagnosis of stomatology. The mass begins at the bottom of the left jaw and is large and painless. After 4 months, it was extended to the underarm and right submandibular. Examination showed that the submandibular and subdiaphragmatic masses had large eggs, reddish skin, no tenderness, slight swelling under the tongue, and unconvulsions and masses of the double neck, axilla and inguinal hernia. The newly diagnosed erythroblastosis was lymphogranuloma or malignant lymphoma. Two weeks later, biopsy began. The mass was significantly larger than before, and was generally treated by symptomatic treatment and oral administration.
