巨噬细胞硅中毒可以导致一部分小鼠死亡,可见,巨噬细胞是一种生命必需细胞。巨噬细胞硅中毒后,雌性小鼠移植性肿瘤生长明显加快,而雄性小鼠移植性肿瘤生长速度却变化不大。为了深入研究这些现象,我们观象了巨噬细胞硅中霉后几个指标的动力学变化。
Macrophage silicon intoxication can cause some mice to die. It can be seen that macrophages are a vital cell. After macrophage silicon intoxication, the growth of transplanted tumors in female mice was significantly accelerated, whereas the growth rate of transplanted tumors in male mice did not change significantly. In order to study these phenomena in depth, we observed the dynamic changes of several post-mycotic markers in macrophage silicon.
