前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)能够抑制血小板聚集、扩张血管,还可能具有抗溶酶体酶释放、抑制胆固醇和胶原的生物合成、抑制平滑肌细胞增生等多方面复杂的生物学效应。据此,Thomasson和Horrobin曾相继提出PGE_1可能有抗动脉粥样硬化作用的假说。可惜由于长期以来一直认为这类化合物极易灭活,难以在体内应用,因此迄今尚未见到有关这方面的实验研究。本实验应用健康日本大耳白家兔26只,体重2.4~3.0kg,随机分为治疗及对照两组;全部动物每日每只饲胆固醇0.5g致高脂血症,并在12周期间附加3次大剂量马血清注射,以加重粥样硬化病变形
Prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) can inhibit platelet aggregation, dilate blood vessels, and may also have various biological effects such as anti-lysosomal enzyme release, inhibition of cholesterol and collagen biosynthesis, and inhibition of smooth muscle cell proliferation. Accordingly, Thomasson and Horrobin have successively proposed the hypothesis that PGE_1 may have antiatherosclerotic effects. Unfortunately, it has been considered for a long time that these compounds are easily inactivated and difficult to apply in vivo. Therefore, experimental studies in this area have not yet been seen. In this experiment, 26 healthy Japanese white rabbits weighing 2.4 to 3.0 kg were randomly divided into treatment and control groups; all animals fed 0.5 g of cholesterol per day to induce hyperlipidemia and were added during 12 weeks. 3 large doses of horse serum injection to aggravate atherosclerotic disease
