针对厦门财富中心钢管混凝土的施工特点,配制出满足工程要求的C60钢管自密实混凝土,并对钢管自密实混凝土的生产及施工进行研究。通过验证表明,经过优化设计的C60钢管自密实混凝土能够满足工程施工要求;在生产中采取降低混凝土拌合物水化热的措施,并在施工中采取合理的技术措施,能够保证自密实混凝土在钢管中的填充质量,避免大体积混凝土的裂缝产生。
According to the construction characteristics of CFST in Xiamen Fortune Center, C60 steel self-compacting concrete which meets the engineering requirements was prepared and the production and construction of self-compacting steel tube were studied. The verification shows that the self-compacting C60 steel tube self-compacting concrete can meet the requirements of engineering construction. The measures to reduce the heat of hydration of concrete mixture in production are taken and reasonable technical measures are taken during the construction to ensure self-compacting concrete Fill quality in the steel pipe to avoid cracks in mass concrete.
