流行性腮腺炎为小儿常见的病毒性传染病,目前尚无特异有效的治疗方法。1989年9月～1990年10月,我们用He—Ne激光穴位照射治疗该病,收到较好效果。现报告如下。资料与方法87例住院患儿均为重症病例,其中男50例,女37例;年龄2～14岁。全部患儿均有以耳垂为中心腮腺弥漫性肿大,局部明显压痛,腮腺管口红肿,并有不同程度发热、全身不适、头痛、腹痛、呕吐、纳差等多种伴随症状。并发睾丸炎2例。有选择性地查血、尿淀粉酶30例,增高23例,其中4例显著增高,结合临床表现诊断为胰腺炎。16例有脑膜刺激症状和脑脊液异常,诊断为流腮性
Mumps is a common viral infection in children, there is no specific and effective treatment. September 1989 ~ October 1990, we use He-Ne laser acupuncture treatment of the disease, received good results. The report is as follows.
