广播电视大学创办十年来,以其自身具有的种种优势,以及广泛的办学实践,初步满足了四化建设和社会发展对各层次人才的需求,顺应了世界历史发展的必然趋势。但同时也存在一些目前迫切需要解决的问题,特别是如何根据社会主义商品经济发展的要求,建立主动适应社会经济发展需要的新的办学模式与管理机制,增强电大活力和竞争力,拓宽办学路子,尽快走出“低谷”,这是我们每一个从事电大工作的同志必须严肃对待的问题。联系我们潍坊广播电视大学办学的实践,本文就广播电视大学进一步深入发展和改革谈一点粗浅看法。
Ten years after the founding of the Radio and Television University, with its own various advantages and extensive educational practice, the university has initially met the demand for talent at all levels for its construction and social development and conforms to the inevitable trend of world history.
