在全身注射海人酸诱导大鼠短暂癫病发作后,应用高尔基染色法对海马齿状回颗粒细胞的树突形态进行了观察,并进行图像分析。结果证明,海人酸诱发癫痫7d后,颗粒细胞的树突总长度和树突棘密度均显著增加。文内对颗粒细胞发芽现象的生理学意义进行了讨论。
After the whole body was injected with kainate to induce epilepsy in rats, dendritic morphology of the dentate gyrus granulosa cells was observed by Galerkin staining and image analysis was performed. The results show that, kainic acid induced epilepsy 7d, the total dendritic granular cells and dendritic spine density were significantly increased. The physiological significance of granulosa cell germination is discussed in this article.
