目的研究员工满意度等因素与组织公民行为之间的关系。方法使用企业员工满意度问卷、中国人组织公民行为量表对352名不同类型企业的工作人员进行测量。结果组织公民行为的个别维度在工龄、工作性质、任职年限和单位性质等因素上存在显著差异;与员工满意度存在中等程度正相关。结论组织公民行为与员工满意度的关系密切,相关程度与西方研究存在差异。
Objective To study the relationship between factors such as employee satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Methods Using the Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire and Chinese Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, 352 staff from different types of enterprises were measured. Results The individual dimensions of OCB were significantly different in terms of length of service, nature of work, length of service and nature of the unit. There was a moderate positive correlation with employee satisfaction. Conclusion There is a close relationship between OCB and employee satisfaction, and the correlation between OCB and western studies is different.
