本项研究结果表明:①类平均法较适用于高粱的聚类分析;②聚类结果较好地反映了试材间的遗传差异;③遗传距离(D2)与地理来源、血缘没有必然的联系;④遗传距离(D2)与杂交种产量相关不显著,与超中亲优势(H1)相关极显著,与超高亲优势(H2)相关显著;⑤遗传距离(D2)与一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)之间相关不显著;⑥用遗传距离(D2)大小指导组配优良高粱杂交组合尚待进一步研究。
