民兵执勤分队是一支维护社会治安的重要力量。目前由于形式多样、组织不健全、管理制度不规范,不利发挥其作用。有很多问题因职责不明不好解决。笔者认为,民兵执勤分队应该明确由县(市)人武部统一组织,直接领导。 县(市)民兵执勤分队应由省军区或军分区明文规定,统一名称。人员以精干为宜,并有固定的办公地点,人员归口由县(市)人武部军事科组织管理,以便于统一指挥。执勤分队的训练课目应突出“应急”二字,以拳术、战术、轻武
Militia duty units are an important force in safeguarding public order. At present, due to various forms, organizations are not perfect, management system is not standardized, unfavorable play its role. There are many problems due to unclear responsibilities. The author believes that the militia duty unit should be clearly organized by the county (city) People’s Armed Forces Department and be directly led. County (city) militia duty units should be clearly defined by the provincial military region or military subregion, a unified name.
