制备了固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2用于合成马来酸二辛酯。考察了硫酸浓度、浸渍时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对催化剂活性和反应时间对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:对于给定反应,当浸渍液硫酸浓度为0.5tool/L、浸渍时间为18h、在550℃下焙烧2h时催化剂具有最高的催化活性,用于马来酸酐和正辛醇的酯化反应可得无色透明的酯化产物,3h内酯化率达97.8%。
Solid superacid SO42- / TiO2 was prepared for the synthesis of dioctyl maleate. The effects of the concentration of sulfuric acid, the impregnation time, the calcination temperature and the calcination time on the esterification reaction were investigated. The results show that the catalyst has the highest catalytic activity when the concentration of sulfuric acid in the impregnation solution is 0.5tool / L, the impregnation time is 18h, the calcination at 550 ℃ for 2h, and is used for the esterification of maleic anhydride and n-octanol Available colorless and transparent esterification products, 3h lactation rate of 97.8%.
