克鲁肯伯格氏肿瘤通常是指从远处部位(胃肠、乳腺)转移到卵巢的肿瘤。其发生率在美国约占卵巢癌的5%~10%,在日本约占15%~18%,手术时往往不能确定其原发部位。为了选择更适当的治疗,术前鉴别克鲁肯伯格氏肿瘤与原发性卵巢癌很有必要,有利于进一步检查。超声对卵巢肿瘤的检查很有价值。作者应用超声对病理证实为克鲁肯伯格氏肿瘤和原发性卵巢癌各15例进行了回顾性研究。克鲁肯伯格氏肿瘤15例,年龄25~68(平均46.7)岁。10例双侧病变,5例单侧。7例在治疗原发肿瘤后8~87个月显示,5例在妇产科术中或
