党的十四届六中全会关于加强社会主义精神文明 建设的若干重要问题的决议和江泽民同志在会上讲话,提出和阐明了当前和今后15年我国社会主义精神文明建设的纲领。深刻理解和认真执行这个纲领,对于进一步加强技工学校的社会主义精神文明建设,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
The resolution of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on several important issues concerning the building of a socialist spiritual civilization and Comrade Jiang Zemin’s speech at the meeting put forward and clarified the program for the construction of China’s socialist spiritual civilization in the next 15 years. A profound understanding and earnest implementation of this program have great practical significance and far-reaching historic significance for further strengthening the socialist spiritual civilization in technical schools.
