在三年前,随着一批贪多求快的民营企业相继出现危机,使得大多数人都相信专业化比多元化的风险更小。但也有人认为:中国市场的不确定性风险很大,多元化是不得已而为之。但今年 SARS 的突如其来,给很多自身实力还不够雄厚的单一产业型企业,带来了很大损失,甚至倒闭。于是,真正面对诸多不确定因素时,到底专业化与多元化,谁更有利于打造企业抗风险能力,再一次引起了人们的关注与讨论。
Three years ago, with the rapid emergence of a number of private enterprises that were greedy and curious, most people believed that specialization was less risky than diversification. However, some people think that the risk of uncertainty in the Chinese market is very high. Diversification is a last resort. However, this year’s sudden outbreak of SARS has caused a lot of losses and even closures for many single-industry enterprises that are not strong enough. Therefore, in the face of many uncertainties, in the end professionalism and diversification, who is more conducive to building corporate anti-risk capabilities, once again caused concern and discussion.
