综述目前铁营养状况评价所涉及的主要指标血清铁蛋白、可溶性转铁蛋白受体、C-反应蛋白的检测方法及正常值范围的研究进展。通过综合比较后认为免疫浊度法与免疫标记法更适合于血清铁蛋白的检测,免疫标记法更适合于可溶性转铁蛋白受体与C-反应蛋白的检测。血清铁蛋白的正常值范围已经明确,但可溶性转铁蛋白受体与C-反应蛋白因尚无统一的检测方法做标准,其正常值范围尚待进一步确定。
This review summarizes the current research progress in the detection of serum ferritin, soluble transferrin receptor, C-reactive protein and the normal range of the main indicators involved in the assessment of iron status. After comprehensive comparison, it is considered that the immunoturbidimetric method and immunoturbidimetric method are more suitable for the detection of serum ferritin, and the immunolabeling method is more suitable for the detection of soluble transferrin receptor and C-reactive protein. The normal range of serum ferritin has been clear, but the soluble transferrin receptor and C-reactive protein standards because there is no uniform test, the normal range needs to be further identified.
