湖北省某县一供销社在1989～1990年期间,将每吨计划内农用柴油抬价100元出售给农民,牟取非法收入11.75万多元,已构成重大价格违法案件,县物价检查所,依法对这个供销社价格违法案件进行了查处。但在某部门的干预下,该供销社不但拒不执行处罚决定,反而变本加厉,1991年,又继续将199吨农用柴油提价销售,获非法收入7.85万多元。对如此性质严重的价格违法案件,该县物价局显得无能为力,只于今年6月在本县范围内
