Ganzhou City, which is located in the open zone of South Anhui, newly approved 86 “three-funded” enterprises in 1990, and actually utilized foreign capital of US$45.37 million. So far the city has accumulatively approved 310 “three-funded” enterprises, agreed to invest 136 million U.S. dollars, and actually invested more than 70 million U.S. dollars. The newly approved “three-funded” enterprises in Shengzhou City are all production-oriented projects, with a long investment cooperation period, many industries, and a wide coverage. Among them, there are 52 Taiwan-funded enterprises with an investment of 31.73 million US dollars.
