党的十七届五中全会明确提出,要坚持扩大内需战略、保持经济平稳较快发展,加强和改善宏观调控,建立扩大消费需求的长效机制。增加居民收入,让居民过上更好的生活。本文主要从收入分配不合理,社会保障制度不健全这两个方面分析其原因,指出增加消费需求的对策:必须建立扩大消费需求的长效机制。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the strategy of expanding domestic demand, maintain steady and rapid economic development, strengthen and improve macroeconomic regulation and control, and establish a long-term mechanism for expanding consumer demand. Increase residents’ income so that residents can lead a better life. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons from the two aspects of the unreasonable income distribution and the imperfect social security system, pointing out the countermeasures to increase the consumption demand: we must establish a long-term mechanism to expand consumer demand.
