在我国现阶段,侦查资源极其短缺,对侦查工作部门面临的压力更加突出,而侦查工作的关键之处又在于侦查行为的实施是否得当。因此,对于侦查行为的研究显得尤为迫切。侦查行为学是一门行为科学,是实践性很强的学科。正是因为这样,所以侦查行为也符合行为学的研究理论。本文试图通过理论研究侦查行为经济效益如何在有约束条件下达到最优化,并在由理论进入实践的深化中,发现实践中的不足,进行改进、创新,以提高侦查行为在实践中的经济效益。
At the present stage of our country, there is an extremely shortage of investigative resources and the pressure on the investigation departments is even more prominent. The key point of the investigation is whether the investigation is properly implemented. Therefore, the investigation of investigation behavior is particularly urgent. Investigation behavior science is a behavioral science, is a very practical discipline. It is because of this, so investigation behavior is also consistent with behavioral research theory. This paper tries to find out how to find out the economic benefits of investigation behavior economy under the condition of constraint through theoretical research and find out the shortcomings in practice and improve and innovate in order to improve the economic benefits of investigation in practice .
