患者,女,66岁.因多汗消瘦2年伴双下肢皮肤增厚、肿胀1年于2001年7月9日入院.患者于 1999年7月始无明显诱因出现多汗、乏力、消瘦等症状,在当地医院诊断为Graves病,经服用他巴唑等约物治疗,症状缓解后出院.
