SJ—2型数字式高精度涡流位移、振幅测量仪的研制,应用恒定频率的调幅原理,对关键部件的传感器、振荡器进行了特殊设计。由于所设计的传感器有极高的灵敏度,振荡器有相当高的频率和幅度的稳定性,使仪器的分辨率、灵敏度、线性度、信噪比、温飘等指标都比较高。该仪器是由我院自动控制系研制成功的,已经通过技术鉴定。有关专家认为,在非接触式涡流位移、振幅测量仪表范围内,该仪器已达国际水平,在国内居领先地位。下表所列,是SJ—2型数字式高精度涡流位移、振幅测量仪与国内外同类产品的性能
SJ-2 digital high-precision eddy current displacement, amplitude measuring instrument developed by the principle of constant frequency amplitude modulation, the key components of the sensor, oscillator has been specially designed. Due to the high sensitivity of the designed sensor, the oscillator has a very high frequency and amplitude stability, so that the instrument resolution, sensitivity, linearity, signal to noise ratio, temperature drift and other indicators are relatively high. The instrument is developed by our hospital automatic control system, has passed technical appraisal. Experts believe that in non-contact eddy current displacement, amplitude measuring instrument range, the instrument has reached the international level, ranking the leading domestic position.
