一、前言在要求毫微秒、亚毫微秒时间分辨率的重复脉冲实验时,一般使用取样示波器观测结果。但在噪声环境下,取样示波器不具有信号平均的能力。具有平均能力的Boxcar积分器的时间分辨率又不能满足快变信号观测的需要〔1~3〕。本文介绍如何将一台取样示波器(SQ-12 A,带宽DC-1000兆赫,上升时间小于0.35 ns)接口到8位单板机(Z 80-Starter Kit),不要求取样示波器作任何改动,构成一台具有亚毫
